The Venue Bass 50 is a 1984 solid-state Vox bass combo that shares its dual-op-amp preamp with the Venue Bass 30. Two inputs feed a 4558 op-amp gain stage with a Volume control, then an active Bass, Middle and Treble network built around the second op-amp half, and a send/return effects loop. The AF44 power amp uses a BC550 differential input and BC300/BC303 drivers into TIP41 output transistors on ±42 V rails from a bridge-rectified supply.
