The Venue Lead 50 is a 1984 solid-state Vox combo that shares its AF37 preamp with the Venue Lead 30: two inputs, a 4558 op-amp stage with Gain, active Bass, Middle and Treble, diode clipping and a Master volume, plus a spring reverb with Reverb Gain and footswitch. The power amp is the same discrete design run from higher ±42 V rails, with TIP41 output transistors (2N3055 in later versions).
