The Clubman Mk8 is a small 1973 Watkins/WEM valve amp. Two inputs of different sensitivity (16 mV and 32 mV) feed one half of an ECC83, then a Bass and Treble tone network (about +8 dB at 100 Hz and +10 dB at 6 kHz) and a Volume control. The second half of the ECC83 drives a single-ended, cathode-biased EL84 with no negative feedback into a 12-ohm speaker, from a two-diode BY127 full-wave rectifier.
