The T50 and T100 are all-valve Yamaha guitar heads. A 12AX7 input stage feeds Clean and Overdrive preamp controls with a Bright switch, then cascaded 12AX7 stages, an effects loop and a valve-driven spring reverb. Photocell switching (pull knob or footswitch) selects Clean or Overdrive, each with its own Treble, Middle, Bass and Master. A 12AX7 inverter with Presence drives two 6L6GCs (T50) or four (T100), with a slave out.
