Soldano SLO-100 preset

Verified · 93/100 confidence. Complete schematic. All component values readable. Parameters derived directly from the circuit.

The Soldano SLO-100 (Super Lead Overdrive), released in 1987, has a Normal channel with a Crunch switch and an Overdrive channel whose cascaded 12AX7 stages feed a cathode follower and valve-buffered effects loop ahead of a Bassman-style tone stack and pre-phase-inverter masters. Four 6L6GCs give 100 watts. Eddie Van Halen cut most of For Unlawful Carnal Knowledge through one; it set the template for smooth boutique high gain.
